Dr. Jonathan Wierzbicki
Dr. Wierzbicki is a board certified Premier Family Medicine Doctor with the training, background, and experience to treat the entire family, from infants to seniors. Dr. Wierzbicki graduated with an M.D. Degree from the Temple University Medical School in Philadelphia, Pa., and did his residency at the Hunterdon Medical Center, Flemington, N.J.
Dr. Wierzbicki lives in Flemington, N.J. with his wife and three children. He is an avid sports fan (Jets and Yankees). For recreation, he participates in community theater as both an actor and director.
Daniel Carducci, P.A.
Daniel Carducci is a board certified Physician Assistant with training in all facets of medicine,
including a preceptorship in Family Medicine. Daniel graduated with a Master of Science in
Physician Assistant Studies from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
Daniel is originally from Columbus, Ohio; and lives with his wife and two children in Kingwood
Township. He enjoys watching and playing a wide variety of sports, as well as going on
adventures with his family. Daniel has the pleasure of being able to help out the community as a
Natural Family Planning instructor.
Peggie Perkins, DNP, RN, FNP-BC
Peggie is thrilled to be part of the team at Premier Family Medicine as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner. Peggie obtained her Doctorate in Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner degrees from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. She is Board Certified from the American Nurses Credentialing Center with a specialty in family care. Peggie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA and has Registered Nurse licensures in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She also holds certifications in Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Emergency Nurse Pediatric Care, Advanced Life Support, Basic Life Support, and Crisis Intervention Prevention. Peggie previously worked in the Emergency Department, Gastroenterology, Psychiatric, and School Nurse settings. Peggie resides in Hunterdon County with her husband.
Peggie enjoys a good adventure, spending time with her family, traveling, good food, photography, music, and yoga. She looks forward to getting to know her patients on a personal level, and providing for them the best care possible.
